Mohan Vaze is an independent process safety consultant based at Vadodara, Gujarat-INDIA. He is a graduate chemical engineer and Sr. Member of AIChE and ISA. His areas of expertise are Process Safety, Engineering Consultancy, and Technical Services for process plants.
He has + 30 years of International experience and has been trained and certified as HAZOP Leader (DNV-GL) and Functional Safety Engineer (TUV-SUD). He has lead and carried out several HAZID, HAZOP and SIL verification and Validation assignments for Chemical, Oil & Gas plants in India and abroad. He has also carried out Process Engineering for many chemical, Oil and Gas plants successfully.
